Cheesy Meat Cups

Ingredients

  • 18-20 cheese crackers
  • ½ medium onion, cut up
  • ¼ green pepper
  • ¼ cup chili sauce
  • 2-3 drops Tabasco sauce
  • ½ cup milk
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • Dash pepper
  • 1½ pounds ground beef
  • Instructions


    Grease an eight- to 10-cup muffin pan. Put crackers in a blender and blend until crumbled enough to make ½ cup crumbs. Pour in a mixing bowl.
    Blend remaining ingredients except beef until vegetables are chopped. Pour mixture into mixing bowl with the cracker crumbs, add ground beef, and mix well. Spoon into prepared muffin pan cups. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
