Picante Corn

Ingredients

  • 3 cans niblets whole-kernel corn
  • 1 stick butter or margarine
  • 1 (8-ounce) package of reduced-fat cream cheese
  • Picante sauce
  • Shredded Cheddar cheese

Instructions


Drain corn; combine with butter and cream cheese in a microwave-safe dish. Microwave mixture until bubbly. Top with picante sauce and cover with shredded cheese. Microwave until cheese is melted.
