Peanut Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • ¼ cup celery, thinly sliced
  • ¼ medium onion, minced
  • ½ teaspoon flour
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • ¼ cup peanut butter, plain or chunky
  • ¼ cup milk or cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions


Sauté celery and onion in butter; add flour and stir. Add broth; bring to a boil, stirring. Add peanut butter; simmer 15 minutes. Add milk or cream; season with salt and pepper.
